Nicole Friz

Nicole Friz has extensive experience in education and training, currently serving as the Director of Education & Training Services at Procede Software since March 2019, after holding various positions including Director of Learning and Development and Learning & Development Manager. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for over a decade in roles such as Reseller Account Manager, Channel Resource Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Project Manager. Early career experiences include teaching positions at Day Timers Day School, Park Place International Preschool, and Sarasas Pittaya School. Nicole holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, a Master of Education from Framingham State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Radford University.
