Kola Oshundiya has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kola started their career in 2009 as a Sales Representative at Globacom, where they developed their sales skills and gained valuable experience in the telecommunications industry. After two years, they were promoted to Territory Sales Manager, where they managed key accounts and further honed their sales and relationship-building abilities.

In 2014, Kola took on the role of Inside Sales & Analytics Manager at Globacom. In this position, they not only focused on sales but also utilized analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Kola held this position for five years, demonstrating their commitment and dedication to their work.

In 2020, Kola joined Millennia TEA as an Inside Sales and Trade Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities included managing sales operations and trade marketing strategies. After four months, they transitioned to the tech industry and joined ProcedureFlow as a Business Development Representative, where they played a key role in expanding the company's client base.

Within a year, Kola was promoted to Foundational Account Executive at ProcedureFlow, where they showcased their excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure new accounts and drive revenue growth. Currently, Kola holds the position of Commercial Account Executive at ProcedureFlow, utilizing their expertise to guide employees through complex information and help them become experts faster.

Kola Oshundiya, CSL, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Professional Sales and Business Development from the University of New Brunswick. Additionally, they have a Masters in Marketing and Communications from Rome Business School. Kola also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Caleb University Lagos and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Political Science from the University of Lagos.

To further enhance their skills, Kola completed a Diploma in Sales Psychology from Shaw Academy in the United Kingdom. Kola also obtained a proficiency certificate in writing and communication skills from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.

In terms of certifications, Kola is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) and holds the designation of Certified Sales Leader. Kola obtained the CPSA membership in October 2020 and acquired the Certified Sales Leader designation in November 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Sales Psychology from Shaw Academy in November 2015.
