Sue Marcolin

Sue Marcolin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and business development. As a Senior Director at ProcedureFlow from April 2015 until September 2021, Sue played a key role in enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions that streamline operations in contact centers. Prior to this, Sue held various managerial positions, including Business Development Manager at Innovatia and several roles at Bell Aliant, such as Business Change Manager and Project Management Office Team Lead. With a career spanning over three decades, Sue has demonstrated a strong capability in business strategy and team leadership. Currently, Sue is retired and actively cheering from the sidelines.
