Gisele Pemberton, DrPH, serves as the Director of the National Center for Training, Support and Technical Assistance at PROCEED Inc. since November 2006, overseeing a multi-million dollar Capacity Building Program focused on HIV/AIDS community-based organizations in the U.S. and its territories. Previously, Gisele held the position of Caribbean Program Manager at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ's Francois Xavier Bagnoud Center, managing approximately $3.5 million in Caribbean projects from February 2004 to October 2006. Gisele holds a DrPH in Public Health/Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MPH in Public Health Administration from Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
