Johanna Liikanen has extensive experience in customer service and administration, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Manager at Procemex since January 2012. Prior roles at Procemex included Coordinator of Customer Service and Administration and Assistant, with a tenure starting in June 2008. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Logistics Officer and Sales Assistant at ANDRITZ in the mid-2000s. Johanna holds a Master of Social Sciences degree in Sociology from the University of Jyväskylä, complemented by a student exchange program at Universität Wien. Education was completed at Kotkan lyseon lukio with a matriculation examination in 2005.
