Paul Richmond

Paul Richmond is an experienced professional with a robust background in client services and project management. Currently serving as the Professional Services Director at Procentia since May 2022, Paul leads the Client Services team to enhance client experience and foster business growth within client roadmaps. Prior to Procentia, Paul spent 12 years at BT in various roles, including Senior IT Vendor Manager, where management of partner relationships and contract oversight was emphasized, and Business Readiness Manager, overseeing customer testing and change management for Openreach EMP. Additional roles included leading customer testing teams and acting as a Transformation Architect, focusing on business change and improving customer experience across significant teams.
