Maxim Kupfer

Maxim Kupfer currently serves as the Principal of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Bullhorn, where responsibilities include leading data initiatives that improve visibility into business performance through the use of operational and financial data. Prior to this role, Kupfer was with Staffing Industry Analysts from February 2017 to August 2021, initially as a Research Analyst, where an 'Interactive Research' initiative was independently spearheaded to enhance research distribution through visualization and modern web technologies. Later, as an Interactive Research Developer/Web Application Developer, Kupfer focused on developing and deploying web-based interactive tools and applications, utilizing skills in Python, JavaScript/React, and Bootstrap for both back-end and front-end technical execution. Kupfer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science from Chapman University, completed in 2014.
