Mitesh Sheth

Mitesh Sheth is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and supplier management within the medical device and packaging industries. Currently serving as the NPI Manufacturing and Supplier Engineering Leader at PROCEPT BioRobotics, Mitesh is involved in the development of the AQUABEAM® Robotic System for Aquablation therapy. Prior to this role, Mitesh held significant positions at Cepheid, where record capacity and revenue growth for cartridge manufacturing was achieved during the Covid pandemic, and at Medtronic, focusing on strategic sourcing for high-volume medical devices. Mitesh's career also includes leadership roles at Plastikon Industries Inc., Earthbound Farms, and Boston Scientific, among others, with a foundational background in plastics engineering and process improvement. Mitesh holds a Master’s degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
