Shirley Horst

Shirley Horst is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Cost Accounting Manager at PROCEPT BioRobotics since 2019, Shirley previously held roles including Principal Accountant - Cost Accounting at ARRIS (Ruckus) and Senior Cost Accounting Manager at Brocade, where notable achievements included managing a complex M&A deal involving a $75M divestiture. Shirley’s background also encompasses leadership positions in financial planning and analysis at SGI and operations accounting at Network Equipment Technologies, in addition to consulting for various clients across the tech industry. Shirley holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Creative Arts from San Jose State University.
