Misagel Huaco De la Cruz is an experienced maintenance professional with a comprehensive background in industrial maintenance and engineering. Currently serving as Jefe de mantenimiento at Procesadora Agroindustrial La Joya since April 2025, Misagel is responsible for optimizing maintenance management aligned with corporate strategy and ensuring the effectiveness of CAPEX projects. Previous roles include Coordinador de mantenimiento and Planner de Mantenimiento at Machu Picchu Foods S.A.C and Orazul Energy, respectively, where Misagel specialized in maintenance planning, supervision, and the implementation of SAP PM. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga” de Ica, along with various certifications in maintenance and reliability.
