Nicole Connaire

Nicole Connaire, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and education. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Process Automation Solutions since January 2023, Nicole also operates as an Audiobook Narrator and Notary Public for Nicole's Authentic Voices. Previously, Nicole worked as a First Grade Teacher at Eastpointe Community Schools and held various HR roles at SmithGroup for nearly 18 years, culminating as Human Resources Manager. Nicole's early career included positions as a Staffing Consultant and Administrative Assistant. With a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources from Baker College and an ongoing Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, Nicole has a strong educational foundation supporting a diverse skill set in HR and education.
