Susanne Møllegaard

Susanne Møllegaard is the CEO of Process Factory, a position they have held for 7 years and 10 months. Prior to their current role, they were the CEO and Partner of the company for 3 years, the CEO and CO-Owner for 2 years, and simply the CEO for 2 years. Susanne has been working in the insurance industry for 20 years and has a deep understanding of the business processes and systems. Susanne is passionate about finding ways to support processes with IT so that time-consuming manual tasks can be automated and businesses can focus on their customers and creating value. Susanne Møllegaard has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Economics from Aarhus University, a Master of Management Development from Copenhagen Business School, and a Diploma in Negotiations from Practica. Susanne also attended Cornell University, Department of Economics, and the Himalaya Executive Leadership Program (HELP).
