Tiina Hartikainen

Tiina Hartikainen is the current Chief Marketing Officer & HR Director at Process Genius. Prior to this, they were Head of Marketing at Process Genius Oy from September 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were with Estated Oy.

From January 2018 to December 2020, they were Head of Marketing & Communication at FITech, and before that they were with Modern Lotteries LTD Malta as a Senior Consultant from September 2015 to January 2018.

Tiina has also worked as Conference Services at Clarion Hotel Royal Christiania Oslo and as a Project Manager at The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries from November 2010 to May 2015. In addition, they were a Training Manager at MJK-instituutti from August 2009 to November 2010.

Tiina Hartikainen has a Master of Business Administration (eMBA) in international business and marketing from Anglia Ruskin University, where they graduated with distinction. Tiina also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in marketing and business communication from Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
