Chris Melancon

Chris Melancon currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Process Service Specialists since September 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of HRIS Manager at Signal Energy Constructors from May 2022 to September 2024 and at Primoris Services Corporation from October 2017 to May 2022, where Chris also served as HR Director for the East region. Earlier experience includes roles as Training Coordinator at James Construction Group, LLC, Operations Coordinator and Estimator/Account Manager at Furnace and Tube Service, and service as an Anti-tank Missleman in the USMC Reserve. Chris began a professional career as a CAD Operator/Estimator and Boilermaker Apprentice at Furnace and Tube Service from February 2000 until July 2004 after graduating from Saint Amant High School in 1998.
