Jessica Osorio Contreras has been in the customer service and technical support industry since 2017. Jessica began their career as a Technical Support Representative at Sitel Group, where they provided customer service and tech support focused on home services (Internet, TV and Telephone) through chat interactions. Jessica then moved to Sutherland in 2021, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and provided outstanding customer service and technical support through chats, email and occasionally phone calls. Additionally, they provided detailed licensing information about offered stock licensing and subscription options and generated special requests on customers' behalf to the Team to set customizable options that perfectly fit their needs. Currently, Jessica is working as a Junior Customer Support Specialist at Process Street since 2022.
Jessica Osorio Contreras attended the Adult English Language Program at Centro Colombo Americano from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Photographic Image Production Technology with a focus in Photography.
