John Fisher has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career in 2000 as an On-Site Manager at firstPRO, where they supervised 200 employees and managed the client relationship. In 2001, they joined the US Army as a Sgt. Instructor, instructing recruits in land navigation, small unit tactics, and physical fitness. John then transitioned to EOD Technology, Inc.(EODT) in 2004, where they served as a Safety Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

In 2012, John joined ProcessBarron as a Construction Planner, responsible for coordinating all activities during the maintenance/construction execution phase of work. John also developed schedules, managed critical path plans, and trained direct reports. Over the years, they took on various roles within ProcessBarron, including Construction Purchasing Manager, Field Service Staffing & Training Director, Associate Regional Manager, and Construction Manager. As the Director of Field Service Operations, their current role, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the field services group.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and operational skills in diverse environments.

John Fisher completed the OSHA 30 Hour Construction program at Click Safety in 2010. Prior to that, in 2005, they attended Condor Security & Combat Academy and studied Personal Security. No degree was specified for their time at Condor Security.
