Brian Jordan

Brian Jordan has extensive experience in the field of service operations, currently serving as the Director of Field Service Operations and National Account Manager at Apex Computer Systems since January 2002. Responsibilities include managing nationwide service contracts, problem resolution, subcontractor management, and overseeing contract P&L alongside cross team training on service agreements. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Service Delivery Staff Manager at Microserv from January 1991 to September 2001. Brian's educational background includes an Associate of Computer Electronics degree from Coleman College, obtained between 1984 and 1985.
