Joel Carlson

Joel Carlson serves as a Senior Cybersecurity Sales Executive at ProCircular, beginning in March 2024, after a role as Sales Director at OCTELLIENT, LLC, from February to November 2023, where responsibilities included client acquisition and strategic consulting for a vCISO start-up. Prior to that, Joel held the position of Senior Account Manager for Virtualization and Security Technology at Syntax, Inc. from October 2011 to September 2022, and Account Manager for Storage Solutions at FirstTech Computer from October 2004 to October 2011, focusing on account management and the development of a Storage Area Network business. Joel began the career as an Account Manager at MacTemps from 1991 to 1997 and held a Purchasing Agent position at Aveda from 1989 to 1991. Joel holds a BS in Psychology and a BA in Speech Communication from St. Cloud State University.
