Alex Theo has a diverse range of work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Professional at Mercedes-Benz in the UK until 2008. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Linear Recruitment Ltd in various roles, including Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Business Executive in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. In 2019, they joined NES Fircroft and Proco Global as a Principal, specializing in Energy & Climate Tech.

Alex Theo attended Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC UK Member) from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Recruitment Employment Law, Sales Essentials, and Ethics. They also attended Selby College from 2003 to 2005, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Howden Senior School in East Yorkshire.
