Aura Telman

Aura Telman is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at ProCogia since September 2024. Previously, Aura held the position of Culture + Experience Director at Moya Design Partners from December 2020 to September 2024 and founded Telman Consulting Inc., providing HR consulting services from January 2020 to September 2024. Aura's extensive experience includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator at Praxis Spinal Cord Institute, and as an Employee Health & Benefits Service Associate at HUB International. Aura started a career in human resources as a People and Operations Lead at Mr. Rooter® Plumbing and has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, earned between 2014 and 2019.
