Yan Xu

Yan Xu currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at ProCol Health since 2023. Prior to this role, Yan Xu held various positions at Heliae from March 2016 to November 2022, including Director/Lead of Business Development for Alternative Food Ingredients, Senior Manager of Strain Development in R&D, and Senior Research Associate in R&D. Yan Xu also worked at Mars as a Senior Product Specialist in Global Chocolate Product Development from March 2015 to March 2016 and at Sapphire Energy Inc. as a Research Associate in R&D from March 2010 to September 2014. Yan Xu holds a Master’s degree in MBA with Finance Emphasis from Arizona State University, a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, Microbiology from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
