Elizabeth Goggins is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial management and communications. Since 2010, Elizabeth has served as a Financial Manager at Procon Consulting. Prior experience includes roles as Financial/Project Manager at Q-Track from November 2008 to March 2011, and Director of Communications and Programs at the Alabama Policy Institute in 2007-2008. Earlier career positions include Deputy Director of Scheduling at the U.S. EPA and Assistant in the U.S. Senate. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Spanish from Auburn University, completed in 2004.
