Throughout their career, Aaron has worked with various companies such as Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd., Hudbay Minerals Inc., San Gold Corporation, Ty-Crop Manufacturing, and Dumas Contracting Ltd. Aaron's roles have involved overseeing projects related to mine shaft excavation, steel installation, station development, excavation, lining, installation of various components, and implementation of QA/QC programs.
