Michelle Borrill, RPR, is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Design Group Staffing from April 1994 to October 2019, where expertise was developed in providing technically skilled professionals to clients across Canadian and international markets.
