Polelo Ndala

Polelo Ndala is a Corporate Governance Practitioner with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management specializing in Corporate Governance from Monash University South Africa. Currently, Polelo serves as the Senior Manager of IR Compliance and Stakeholder Relations at Proconics, and as the National Organizer for Public Health at the National Education Health and Allied Workers Union. Previously, Polelo held the position of Chief Negotiator for the Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (POPCRU) at the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council from 2009 to 2014 and engaged in various governance roles across multiple sectoral bargaining councils. Their educational background includes a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from Vaal University of Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.
