Joseph Rubendall

Joe joined the Procopio Companies in 2020 and currently holds the position of Development Project Manager. Joe is responsible for the day-to-day management of large-scale development projects including pre-development, entitlement work, construction, and post-construction operations. Joe works alongside senior development team members in analyzing and assessing new markets and opportunities and guides the asset management team with operating property operations and asset management.
