Shad Brook

Shad joined the Procopio Companies in 2022 as the Director of Operational Excellence. Shad brings two decades of defense manufacturing and construction executive experience, having previously worked in quality assurance and mission assurance roles at Rockwell Collins, and Raytheon, as well as serving as the Director of QA/QC for Suffolk Construction, and is a licensed electrician in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Shad is responsible for firm-wide process improvement, quality assurance, quality control, risk management, and complaince.
