Maria Pum

Maria Pum is a partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where they represent clients at all stages of secured lending and guide them through distressed situations, including workouts and bankruptcy. Previously, Maria held partnership positions at White & Case LLP, Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, amassing extensive experience in negotiating real estate-secured loans, contract disputes, and creditors' rights. Maria earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
