Kaitlyn Solotes

Kaitlyn Solotes is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Manager of Global Learning & Development at Bazaarvoice since February 2021. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn held multiple positions at Procore Technologies, including Learning & Development Lead and Facilitator, and Learning & Development Program Manager. Kaitlyn began the career with a Human Resource internship at Appalachian State University, contributing to various HR functions and developing interview questions and assessment rubrics. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University after studying at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
