Rincy John

Rincy John is a seasoned professional specializing in talent services and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Services Specialist for the APAC region at Procore Technologies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rincy had a progressive HR career at Novotech from March 2017 to March 2023, holding positions ranging from Team Lead HR Operations to Human Resources Coordinator. Experience also includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Forever 21 for a brief period in 2016, as well as extensive tenure at Nokia from August 2001 to December 2012, where Rincy worked as a WTR/RMT Key User and Resource Management Specialist.
