Travis Shrout

Travis Shrout is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Corporate at Procore Technologies since September 2024. Previously, Travis held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel - Corporate at Snowflake, where leadership contributed to the execution of the largest software IPO to date and managed various aspects of SEC compliance, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. Travis also served as Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel at Nutanix, playing a key role in the company’s successful IPO and corporate compliance. Additional legal experience includes a role as Senior Counsel at MicroStrategy, where responsibilities encompassed SEC filings and contract negotiation, and as a Corporate Attorney at Latham & Watkins, focusing on global acquisitions and corporate governance. Travis holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University.
