Kevin Rogovin has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2002, they started as a Post-doc at the University of Jyväskylä, followed by a Post-doc position at the University of Bern in 2003. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer at Tieto and also served as an Instructor at JAMK in 2005. In 2009, they joined Nomovok Ltd. as a Software Specialist, focusing on hardware accelerated graphics and algorithm development for rendering user interfaces. During their time at Nomovok, they also worked as the Owner of kRogue Inc., providing training and consultation services in accelerated graphics using OpenGL.

In 2013, Kevin began working at Intel Corporation as a Senior Graphics Engineer, where they gained in-depth knowledge in GPU hardware architecture and developed new hardware design ideas to enhance GPU performance. Kevin also created an open-source project, Fast UI Draw, which leverages GPU heavily for implementing imperative canvas rendering. In 2019, they joined InVision as a Principal Software Engineer and played a key role at the company until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Procreate, starting in February 2023.

Kevin Rogovin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a doctorate in Mathematics at the University of Michigan, which they successfully completed from 1997 to 2002.
