Mladen Zivanovic

Mladen Zivanovic has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Mladen started their career at Banca Intesa Beograd as an Internal Auditor from July 2012 to September 2013. Mladen then progressed to the role of Senior IT Auditor at the same company from September 2013 to January 2017. Following this, they joined ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade as a Group IT Auditor from January 2017 to October 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Distribution Channels and Project Management at ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade.

Mladen Zivanovic holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from COTRUGLI Business School, conferred between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Belgrade from 2011 to 2013. Mladen also holds a Graduate Electrical Engineer degree, specialized in Telecommunications and Information Technology, from the same institution, earned between 2005 and 2011. In terms of certifications, Mladen Zivanovic obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2016. Additionally, they achieved the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA in November 2015.
