Brian Gettelfinger is a Digital and Organizational Transformation Leader with over a decade of experience in the Global Personal Health Care team at Procter & Gamble, where they currently serve as the Director of Work Process Transformation and Digital Activation. Previously, they held various leadership roles in Corporate R&D, leading teams focused on modeling, simulation, and innovation to enhance product development and consumer satisfaction. Brian also has experience as a Professor at Madison Area Technical College, where they developed a curriculum for college-level algebra. They hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
