Harold Lim

Harold Lim is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations and systems management. Currently, serving as Senior IT Manager for Physical Distribution Operations at Procter & Gamble since May 2020, Harold focuses on ensuring business continuity through effective IT solutions in order and transportation management across Europe and AMA-W. Prior roles include IT Manager for Sales and Distributor Operations, where Harold explored and enhanced IT capabilities for improved sales operations, and User Adoption Consultant at NetSuite, providing training and change management for client organizations. Additional experience includes data analysis roles at Pencilmation and the Ateneo Laboratory for the Learning Sciences, as well as a program management position with the Asian Development Bank. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
