Iulia Nicoara

Iulia Nicoara is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in digital strategy and capabilities development at Procter & Gamble since July 2008. Currently serving as the IT Director for P&G Professional EIMEA, Iulia defines and manages the IT Digital strategy and portfolio, focusing on eCommerce and Customer Experience initiatives. Previous roles include leading the development of digital distributor capabilities across Europe, coordinating Employee services delivery for over 10,000 employees in 13 countries, and managing innovations in design and prototyping within the CEEMEA region. Iulia also has a foundational experience in interactive marketing, having created and implemented marketing strategies for the Balkans and held positions in account management and media editing early in her career. Iulia holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
