Jinglin Yang

Jinglin (Sally) Yang has a diverse background in human resources and sales, with significant roles at notable organizations. Experience includes serving as an HR Intern at ByteDance, where contributions were made to recruitment and onboarding processes. As Director of Human Resources at the Technology and Business Association, Jinglin led multiple recruitment campaigns and enhanced recruiting processes. Currently, as an eCommerce Sales professional at Procter & Gamble, Jinglin applies expertise in sales strategies. Additional leadership roles include President of the Organizing Committee for AIESEC Seattle Annual Gala and Vice President of Incoming Global Talent at AIESEC Seattle, where Jinglin developed partnerships and facilitated training programs.
