Joy Kallenberg is currently the Director of Sustainability at Procter & Gamble, where they lead an innovative R&D organization focused on developing next-generation sustainability technologies and data analytics tools for grooming products. With extensive experience in research and development, they have held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Technical Leader and Senior Process Development Engineer. Joy was also recognized as one of Boston’s Ten Outstanding Young Leaders in 2021 and participated in the 2024 Young American Leaders Program. Additionally, they served as Chapter President for the Society of Women Engineers, significantly expanding membership and enhancing professional development initiatives. Joy is pursuing a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Clarkson University.
