Karen Foster

Karen Foster has over two decades of experience in regulatory affairs and quality management within the pharmaceutical and personal health care sectors. Currently serving as Group Scientist in Life Cycle Management Regulatory Affairs at Procter & Gamble Personal Health Care since July 2019, Karen has held various positions at Procter & Gamble since 2008, including Quality and CMC Specialist, and was previously a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals from 1994 to 2008. Karen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and an MSc in Analytical Toxicology from the University of Greenwich, along with additional education from the University of Huddersfield.
