Katherine Holt

Katherine Holt is an Associate Scientist in Corporate Functions Research and Development at Procter & Gamble, leading research and product development for innovative skin health initiatives since June 2023. Previously, Katherine served as Table Committee Lead at M-HEAL, where responsibility included designing and testing a prototype for a portable exam table to improve gynecological screenings in low-resource communities. Katherine's experience also includes an internship as an R&D Engineer at Procter & Gamble and a role as a Retail Sales Associate at Everything But Water, achieving notable sales results and outstanding customer service recognition. Katherine began her professional journey with a summer internship at Vision To Learn, assisting in providing free eye exams to underprivileged children. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, along with a solid educational foundation from Marlborough School.
