Lea Mortada is the founder of StrawberryFields and currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Procter & Gamble, a position held since 2019. Previously, Lea had a progressive career at Procter & Gamble from 2013 to 2015, where roles included Physical Distribution Gulf Leader and Levant Logistics Manager. Lea began their professional journey as an intern at Born Interactive in 2007. Academically, Lea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the American University of Beirut, following a French Baccalaureate in Sciences Economiques from College Protestant Francais.
