Leann Johnson

Leann Johnson has extensive experience in product research and innovation within the consumer goods sector, holding various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble since September 2011, including Director of Fabric Care Products Research and Group Head for Global Laundry and Tide Cleaners. Prior to this, Leann worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Research Assistant, focusing on the rheology of industrial polymer resins, and served as a Process Engineer at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included managing extrusion and compounding lines and ensuring site safety. Leann's early experience includes a summer internship at Kimberly-Clark, specializing in consumer research for facial tissue. Academically, Leann earned a Master of Science in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
