Mackenzie Bates is currently the Power Oral Care Technical Hub Leader at Procter & Gamble, where they have held various roles within the Oral Care business, including supply chain, operations/manufacturing, innovation, and project management. Mackenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa in May 2015. Prior to this, they coached high school dance teams at both Clear Creek Amana and Lone Tree and served in leadership roles within their university's sorority and Panhellenic Council. Additionally, Mackenzie gained valuable experience through internships at Allsteel and Procter & Gamble.
