Ovais Yousuf is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, where Ovais has held several key leadership positions since July 2008, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. In these roles, Ovais led multi-functional teams to enhance brand equities, improve fiscal performance, and develop comprehensive commercial plans while focusing on capability building and organizational growth. Prior to these roles, Ovais served as Senior Brand & Commercial Director for West Africa, achieving double-digit growth and sustainable profit turnaround. Ovais's earlier positions included Senior Brand Manager for Baby Care & Fabric Care in Nigeria and Regional Brand Manager for Ariel in the India, Middle East & Africa region. Ovais began their career as Assistant Brand Manager for Laundry in Pakistan and Assistant Brand Manager for Black Tea at Twinings UK. Ovais holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
