Paola Lucetti

Paola Lucetti is currently the CIO & IT Vice President, Global Grooming at Procter & Gamble. Prior to this role, Paola served as the Senior Director, IT Europe, Middle East and Africa Delivery from January 2008 to December 2010 where they designed strategy, organization, and capabilities to deliver IT Projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, Paola led an organization of 200+ internal professionals and successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of 400+ IT projects, significantly improving quality of delivery across several business areas including finance, sales, marketing, research and development. Paola leveraged multiple technologies across diverse areas including early innovation, collaboration with distributors, trade promotion funds systems, e-commerce and business intelligence. Building on this experience, Paola co-led new organizational design impacting ~1,800 P&G professionals - including organizational structure, processes and outcome measures. Prior to their role in Senior Director, IT Europe, Middle East and Africa Delivery, Paola served as the Director IT in various European locations including Italy, Switzerland, and Spain from January 1997 to December 2007.

Paola Lucetti has a Laurea Quinquennale in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze, as well as a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online. Paola also has a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Finally, they are certified in ITIL from axeleos.
