Phat Nguyen Thanh

Phat Nguyen Thanh is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a background in both management and technical roles. Currently serving as the Operation Department Leader and Site Loss Elimination Leader at Procter & Gamble since December 2018, Phat manages an organization of over 90 employees focused on delivering PQCDSM metrics. Previously, Phat held the positions of Packing Line Leader and Process Engineer within the same company, demonstrating a strong capability in team leadership and line performance optimization. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Phat worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam, specializing in software development for engine ignition systems. Phat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, completed in 2018.
