Randy Young

Randy Young is currently the Senior Vice President overseeing Product Supply at Procter & Gamble, where they lead global baby care innovation and manage the Greater China supply chain. With experience spanning multiple leadership roles in supply chain and product management across Asia, Randy has contributed significantly to the company's strategies in baby care and feminine care. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from South China University of Technology.
