Raphael Hicks

Raphael Hicks, MBA, is currently an Initiative Operations Leader at Procter & Gamble, where they optimize inventory, distribution, and logistics for consumer goods brands. Previously, Raphael has served as a Customer Supply Chain Manager and held various roles, including Supervisor and Lead Supervisor at LaRosa's Pizzeria, Inc. They completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, where they were recognized as a University Honor Scholar and a Darwin T. Turner Scholar. Additionally, Raphael was a Student Ambassador for the Cincinnati Innovation District, promoting innovation in the region.
