Sampurna Basu

Sampurna Basu has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles within Procter & Gamble, having served in various capacities since July 2013, including Director of Total Rewards APAC and Director of Beauty R&D Asia and GrowthWorks Asia. Prior to these positions, Sampurna held senior HR and managerial roles within the company, as well as internships at organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services and TATA Power. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from SCMHRD and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Early education took place at Loyola Jamshedpur and Sacred Heart Convent in Jamshedpur.
