Sanika Gokhale

Sanika Gokhale is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for Procter & Gamble, Sanika oversees the ISC Talent Practice and AMA Equality & Inclusion initiatives. Previous positions include Director of HR for HR Ops & India HR Digitization at Procter & Gamble, and roles as Senior HR Manager and HR Specialist at Kellogg Company. Sanika began a career in HR with a summer internship at Mondelēz International and has prior experience as an Executive Producer at Ace Productions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media with a focus on Advertising from the University of Mumbai.
